At Full Circle Fitness, we have a defined new client intake process to ensure we set each new client up for success. It starts with answering a few questions about your goals and availability.


initial complimentary phone consult

Once we receive your information, we will review it and one of our owners will schedule a complimentary phone consultation with you, to further discuss your training and fitness goals in more detail. We will want to hear a bit about your training history and what you hope to achieve. This will give us a better idea of where to start planning your individual program. 


schedule 90-minute in-person assessment with a trainer

The first meeting with you and your new trainer is a special 90-minute in-person assessment designed by the coaches at Full Circle Fitness to evaluate your flexibility, endurance and strength. We’ll take what we discussed on the phone and work with you to develop a plan of action for the intiial phase of your training.
