Katherine Andrews, D.C., C.C.C.N., B.S.
Dr. Katherine Andrews is a Chiropractor specializing in total body wellness through Chiropractic adjustments and functional exercises. She graduated from Parker University in Dallas, TX as Valedictorian and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy and another in Health and Wellness. She also received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Neurosciences. In addition, she has also completed a certification program in Active Release Technique and Chiropractic Neurology. She continues to stay up-to-date in her studies and is currently working out of the gym at Full Circle Fitness and Coaching.
Dr. Andrews’ practice involves a comprehensive approach to the Neuromusculoskeletal system. She has developed a special program in which individuals are assessed and treatments are tailored to their needs. Her focused and customized treatments are goal-oriented and are meant to treat people of all ages and abilities, as well as athletes. Being an exercise advocate and into fitness herself, she has a great understanding for the needs and ailments of runners and athletes. She has paired up with the coaches at Full Circle Fitness and Coaching so that participants can benefit from their expertise as they perform exercises that improve efficiency through flexibility, stability and performance.
With over three decades of combined training experience, the coaches at Full Circle Fitness have extensive training background in varied disciplines to bring you a better result.
Both Derek and Josh have completed numerous nationally-recognized training programs, as well as rigorous training at the CHEK Institute.
